In Q4 FY2026 Britannia reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹4,718.92 Cr and consolidated net profit of ₹679.68 Cr, both up year-on-year versus Q4 FY2025. Profit before tax was ₹785.11 Cr in Q4 FY2026 and benefited from a lower current tax charge driven by reversal of prior provisions. Cost of materials and employee benefits rose YoY, while finance costs moderated versus Q4 FY2025. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹90.50 per share and approved the 107th AGM for 7 August 2026.
