In Q3 FY2026 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) Just Dial reported net revenue from operations of ₹305.69 Cr, up 6.4% YoY and 0.9% QoQ, driven by stable services demand. Total income was ₹390.32 Cr with other income of ₹84.63 Cr supporting operating performance. Reported net profit was ₹117.93 Cr, down 10.2% YoY primarily due to a one-time exceptional past service cost of ₹21.08 Cr and higher deferred tax expense. The board recognised a one-time exceptional charge related to new labour codes, and management highlighted continued focus on core search services ahead of FY2026 year-end.
